Can I buy a plushie that is no longer on sale?

Unfortunately, no. Once a BlockHeadz plushie is off sale, it's gone forever. Each plushie is a limited-time drop designed to celebrate a moment with that creator.

Will plushies ever come back in stock?

Nope! BlockHeadz plushies are one-time drops. Once the sale period ends, we don't restock, so don’t miss out!

Are BlockHeadz plushies limited edition?

Yes! Every plushie we release is a limited edition. Once the timer hits zero, that plushie will never be sold again.

Shipping and Refund Policies

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Wherever you are, we'll get your BlockHeadz plushie to your doorstep.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us immediately at Contact@BlockHeadz.Store. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Since all products are made-to-order, we typically do not accept refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. Reach out to us if there’s an issue!

Who runs Blockheadz?

BlockHeadz is run by a small team of creators and merch experts who love YouTube and collectible culture. The company was founded by Sam Davies (aka MiniMuka), a long-time YouTuber and merch industry pro. We partner directly with creators to design unique, limited-edition plushies for their communities.

Our plushies are designed in collaboration with creators and carefully manufactured in China by trusted partners we work with closely to ensure top-notch quality.

Are the plushies officially approved by the creators?

Yes! Every BlockHeadz plushie is officially approved, designed, and promoted by the creator themselves. We work closely with each creator to make sure their plushie looks and feels exactly how they want it. No knockoffs, just real, creator-backed collectibles.

Can I suggest a creator for a future drop?
