We always want to keep you fully in the loop when it comes to your orders, and today we have an important update to share.

Our production team in China has informed us that Super Typhoon Ragasa has impacted their region. Local authorities have issued a “Five Suspensions” warning, meaning schools, work, production, transportation, and businesses are all on hold to keep everyone safe.

Because of this, all shipments will be paused from September 23rd to 25th.

Once the typhoon passes and it’s safe for staff to return, our partners will be working hard to restore services and get shipments moving as quickly as possible.

What This Means for You

• If you’ve recently placed an order, it may take a few extra days before your package is shipped.
• Orders that were already on their way are not affected.
• We’ll share another update as soon as we have confirmation from our production team that shipping has resumed.

The safety of the teams who help bring BlockHeadz products to life is our number one concern. We’re in close contact with our production partners and will continue to support them as they navigate these challenging few days.
